Consignment Stages
& what to expect.

Stage 1
Let’s discuss your vehicle by phone or FaceTime. We’ll set an appointment to review and photograph your vehicle.

Stage 2
Photograph and inspect your vehicle. We’ll collect all pertinent information to develop your vehicle “autobiography” to create a successful sales strategy. Client will receive a draft copy of any written description before it goes live.

Stage 3
We will respond to all potential buyer inquiries, provide them with additional information, arrange viewing appointments and pre-purchase inspections, when applicable.

Stage 4
Vehicle showings and demonstrations (test drives) for qualified buyers occur at the discretion of the client.

Stage 5
Potential price negotiation strategies can be fluid and will be discussed with the client in advance.

Stage 6
New vehicle buyer will fund the client (owner) directly. We will assist with delivery (i.e. ensure title is ready to be turned over, meet new buyer or transport vehicle for delivery, supervise and assist as needed).
